SBI PO Recruitment 2025: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced 600 job vacancies for Probationary Officers (PO). According to SBI, the registration process for the recruitment started today, December 27. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official SBI website, i.e. bank.sbi/web/careers/current openings. The last date of application with payment of fees is January 16, 2025.

SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Eligibility

1. The candidates should not be below 21 years and not above 30 years as of April 4, 2024, i.e. candidates must have been born not later than April 1, 2003 and not earlier than April 2, 1994.

2. A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidates who are in their final year/semester of graduation may also apply provisionally, provided they submit proof of having completed their graduation by April 30, 2025, if called for an interview.

3. Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant etc. would also be eligible, the official notification states.

SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Number of vacancies

The recruitment is for a total of 600 vacancies, with the following distribution: 87 vacancies reserved for SC, 57 for ST, 158 for OBC, 58 for EWS, and 240 for the Unreserved Category (UR).

The selection of Probationary Officers will be done through a three-phase process: Phase 1 consists of a Preliminary Examination, Phase II is the Main Examination and III comprises of psychometric test, group exercise and personal interview.

Now click on “RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS”.

Click on ‘Apply online’

A new page will appear. If you are a registered candidate, please log in. If you are a new candidate, click on ‘new registration’ to register.

Fill out the application form, and attach documents and pictures as asked.

Pay the application fees and submit the form

SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Application fees (Non-Refundable):

Application Fee for Unreserved, EWS/ OBC is ₹750 while there is no fees for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
