NEW DELHI: The Indian government has initiated several measures and reforms to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. In continuation of these efforts, further assistance is expected in the forthcoming budget 2024.To encourage learner-centric education, the National Credit Framework (NCrF), National Higher Education Qualification Framework, Academic Bank of Credit (ABC), and multiple entry/exit schemes have been introduced. Currently, over 1600 universities and colleges, along with more than 2.75 crore students, have enrolled on the ABC platform.
