The Ministry of Education unveiled the ninth edition of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2024 on August 12, 2024, with Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan presiding over the event. Established on September 29, 2015, the NIRF provides a comprehensive system for evaluating and ranking educational institutions across India.
