कोटा। हाड़ौती के राजकीय महाविद्यालयों में शारीरिक शिक्षा का बुरा हाल है। यहां न तो गेम्स सिखाने के लिए पीटीआई है और न ही किताबों की देखरेख के लिए लाइब्रेरियन है। जबकि, राजकीय महाविद्यालयों में इन दिनों स्पोर्ट्स वीक मनाया जा रहा है। ऐसे में विद्यार्थियों को बिना नियम कायदे सिखाए खेल खिलाकर औपचारिकता पूरी की जा रही है। हालात यह हैं, कोटा संभाग के 44 राजकीय महाविद्यालयों में से 2 ही कॉलेज ऐसे हैं जहां मात्र 1 पीटीआई और 1 लाइब्रेरियन नियुक्त हैं, जो आरपीएससी से चयनित हुए हैं। अधिकांश कॉलेजों में संविदा पर पीटीआई नियुक्त किए हैं तो ...
