Students enrolling at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Imperial College London, University of Oxford, Harvard University and University of Cambridge can access collateral-free loans up to the new limit, the bank’s website showed. One Nation One Subscription (ONOS)—The central government’s new scheme will give at least 18 million students across both central and state-funded universities access to international journals. Around 30 publishers, including Elsevier and Cambridge University Press, have agreed to collaborate with the government on this scheme. Phase one of the scheme would go live on January 1, 2025, which the Union Cabinet approved last month, reported PTI.
