Recognition of Prior Learning: UGC’s New Framework for Skill Creditisation NEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has published draft guidelines for implementing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), an initiative designed to formalise informal learning and integrate India’s vast informal workforce into mainstream education.
