The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) clarified on Monday that it has not communicated with the Ministry of Education (MoE) about conducting biannual board examinations. Guidelines for foreign universities to set up their campuses in India to be notified soon said Education and Skill Development Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
