No detention policy: Ministry of Education on Monday decided to scrap ‘no detention policy’ for classes 5 and 8 students. This will be applicable on those students who fail to clear year-end exams, PTI reported citing officials. नई दिल्ली: केंद्रीय कैबिनेट की मंजूरी के बाद देश में 85 नए केंद्रीय विद्यालय (Central Schools ) सेटअप करने की प्रक्रिया एक अप्रैल, 2025 से शुरू हो जाएगी. केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन ने 85 नए केंद्रीय विद्यालय 18 राज्यों में खोलने का फैसला किया है. सबसे ज्यादा 13 नए केंद्रीय विद्यालय जम्मू और कश्मीर में खोले जाएंगे. मध्य प्रदेश में 11 और उड़ीसा और आंध्र प्रदेश में 8-8 नए केंद्रीय विद्यालय खुलेंगे. BHUBANESWAR: The Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA) programme was launched in Odisha on Saturday by the state government. BHUBANESWAR: As many as 35,076 school children in Odisha will receive an amount of more than Rs 21 crore towards transport and escort allowance during the academic session 2024-25. The Project Approval Board (PAB) of the Department of School Education and Literacy under the Ministry of Education has approved this.This allowance is given to students who travel more than 1km to attend classes in their respective schools.Students of government and government-aided primary, upper primary, and secondary schools from remote areas are eligible to receive this benefit, said the official sources.According to a government notification, a student with a minimum attendance ...
