Karnataka Board results: for classes 5, 8, 9 & 11 put on hold by SC | – Times of India
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court intervened by issuing a stay order against the decision made by the Division Bench of the Karnataka High Court. This decision had previously permitted the conduct of board examinations for students in the 5th, 8th, 9th, and 11th grades of schools affiliated with the State Board.Additionally, the Court has instructed that the outcomes of the Board Examinations declared by any school must be put on hold and not utilized for any purposes whatsoever.Furthermore, if these results have not yet been conveyed to the parents, they should not be communicated until further notice.The panel comprising Justices ...
