NEW DELHI: Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood on Thursday blamed the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government for waterlogging in six government schools in Nithari, alleging that more than 14,000 students have been affected due to this since 2020. The Delhi Directorate of Education (DoE) will announce the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Disadvantaged Group (DG) category school admissions for the 2025-26 on Wednesday. The list will be released after the first draw of lots of admissions under the category for academic session 2025-26. The Delhi Additional Directorate of Education will convene a meeting on February 1 and address the modalities of the admission process for the academic session 2024-25, reported PTI.
