New Delhi: School students from across the country will get a chance to go on a seven-day study tour to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s school in Gujarat’s Vadnagar town, the Ministry of Education (MoE) said on Thursday. The ministry has launched an online portal for students who are interested in classes 9 to 12 to register and participate in the programme. NEW DELHI: Internet connectivity in government schools in Indiaimproved from 5.5 per cent in 2017-18 to 24.2 per cent in 2021-22, with Bihar, Mizoram, Odisha and Telangana being the only states with fewer than 10 per cent government schools having Internet connectivity. NEW DELHI: In a major move to promote multilingual education in the country, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has allowed schools to offer education in India languages right from pre-primary to Class XII. Currently in majority of the CBSE affiliated schools the medium of instruction is English and in some education is delivered in Hindi.
