NCERT alters references to ‘Gujarat riots, Babri Masjid’ from Class 12 syllabus
The National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has deleted some references to the politics of Hindutva, the 2002 Gujarat riots, minorities, and Babri Masjid from the political science syllabus of Class 12 that will come into effect from the academic session 2024-25. CBSE: Textbooks for new syllabus for Class 3 and 6 to be available in April, May
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has said that it will release the new syllabus and textbooks for classes 3 and 6 only, and there will be no change in the curriculum and textbooks for other classes for the Academic Year 2024-25 commencing from April 1.
