The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has revised the annual regular examination timetable for 2024. Changes have been made for Class 11 in soft zone areas and for Class 10, 11, and 12 in hard zone areas. The board exam dates have been revised to prevent any overlap with the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. NEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has decided that starting from the academic session 2024-25, PhD admissions can utilize National Eligibility Test (NET) scores. This decision aims to streamline the admission process under the National Education Policy, eliminating the need for multiple entrance exams.
