The UGC NET December 2024 results have finally been released by the National Testing Agency on February 22, 2025. The University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) December 2024 examination was conducted by the National Testing Agency for 85 subjects in computer based test (CBT) mode. The examination spanned over nine days — between January 3 and January 27 — and was conducted in 16 shifts at 558 exam centres in 266 cities across the country for 8,49,166 candidates. UGC News: Industry experts as well as senior professionals from public administration, public policy and public sector undertakings might soon be eligible for appointment as Vice Chancellors, according to draft norms by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The new guidelines will also amend the norms for hiring faculty members in universities allowing people having a postgraduate degrees in Master of Engineering (M.E) and Masters of Technology (MTech), with at least 55 pc marks, to directly get recruited to the Assistant Professor level without qualifying for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (NET).

नई दिल्ली: UGC NET 2024 Exam Rescheduled: नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) ने यूजीसी नेट परीक्षा की तारीख को एक बार फिर संशोधित कर दिया है. एनटीए ने 26 अगस्त को होने वाली यूजीसी नेट परीक्षा को अगले दिन के लिए पुनर्निर्धारित कर दिया है. अब यह परीक्षा 27 अगस्त को होगा. एजेंसी ने बताया कि कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के चलते नेट की परीक्षा को पुनर्निर्धारित किया गया है. बाकी परीक्षाएं अपने तय शेड्यूल के अनुसार ही होंगी.
