कोटा। भारत सरकार के उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने देश भर के कोचिंग केन्द्रों के लिए नई गाइडलाइन जारी की है। इस गाइड लाइन के अनुरूप ही अब कोचिंग संचालकों को चलना पड़ेगा। कोचिंग गाइड़ लाइन की अवहेलना पर अब दंड़ का प्रावधान भी रखा गया है। यदि कोचिंग संस्थान पहली बार गाइड लाइन तोड़ने का अपराध करता है तो 25 हजार, दूसरी बार तोड़ता है तो एक लाख रुपए दंड़ लगाया जाएगा।  तीसरी बार भी यदि अपराध किया गया तो पंजीकरण रद्द किया जा सकेगा। हालांकि इस निर्णय पर कोचिंग को अपील का अधिकार है।  डमी स्टूडेंट प्रक्रिया ... NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday revised its earlier order on the annual income limit for Delhi school admission under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category.
